Authors who wish to present a contribution to the conference are required to send an original abstract of max 400 words by January 15, 2025.
The use of the following templates are mandatory:
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively by filling in the submission form. In the case of LaTeX template, please submit the entire LaTeX folder in a compressed .zip file. The LaTeX folder must contain everything needed to reproduce the paper (.tex code, .bib file, figures…) and the compiled .pdf file.
All submissions will be blind-reviewed and notification of acceptance will be issued by 20/01/2025
After acceptance, at least one conference registration and its corresponding payment is required for each accepted paper to be included in the Conference program and presented at the meeting.
